Triple minimum. 
A difficult and challenging period that lasts from one to five days.
The period is
unfavourable and uncertain so it is best to
let things go,
relax and unwind. During this time the brain does not 

analyze and assimilate information well and tends to see the
negative aspects of life. The likelihood of making a mistake is high, as are conflicts at home or at work.

Just give yourself a
break from everything. If you rest well now, you'll be ready for the 

triple high, which usually comes one to two weeks after the triple low, and it usually leads to a burst of
energy, optimism and 'new' life.
During this period, it is best to be around
family or best friends in a relaxing environment.
