The triple minimum. 


A difficult and challenging period
that lasts between one and five days.
The period is unfavourable and uncertain, so it is best to let things go,
relax and
rest. During this time you may feel 
lazy, apathetic and
unmotivated. The brain 
does not analyse and assimilate information well and tends to see the
negative aspects of life. The likelihood of making a
mistake is
high, as are conflicts at home or at work. Avoid gambling
and
financial transactions. Postpone making important decisions.

Give yourself a 
break from everything. If you rest well now, you'll be ready for a triple 

high, which usually comes one to two weeks after a triple low and usually results in a burst of
energy, optimism and 'new' life.
During this period, it is best to be with family or best friends in a relaxed environment.
